Returns
Because each piece is made with a name on it, I can't resell returns, so personalized orders aren't returnable for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or spelled differently from what you typed, email me and I'll remake it.
Questions
How long until it ships?
About a week to make, then 3–5 business days in the post. Each one is printed after you order it — roughly twelve hours across three parts, then assembled by hand the evening it finishes.
How long can the name be?
Up to twelve characters sits comfortably. Longer names still work; they get scaled to fit the letter, and I'll send you a photo before it's finished if it looks tight.
What colours can I choose?
Six at the moment, all Bambu PLA Basic. The name is always Jade White because white is what reads best once the light is behind it. More colours are coming as I test how each one glows.
What's it made of, and is it safe near a crib?
PLA — a plant-based plastic — with a 5V LED strip inside. It runs off USB, stays cool, has no battery, and the back cover is weighted so it stands up to being knocked. A wall adapter isn't included.
What if it's misspelled or arrives damaged?
I remake it. Send me a photo and I'll start the replacement the same day.
Can I return something with a name on it?
Not once it has a name on it — I can't sell it to anyone else. If something's wrong with it, that's a different thing and it's on me.
Policies
Shipping
I ship anywhere in Canada. Orders leave Ottawa about a week after you order and take 3–5 business days in transit. Shipping is free over $120; under that it is a flat rate shown at checkout. You get a tracking number the day it goes out. I do not ship outside Canada yet.
Privacy
I keep your name, address and email so I can make and deliver your order, and find it again if something goes wrong. I don't sell it, share it, or send you anything you didn't ask for. Email me and I'll delete it.
