What's in the box

Materials and safety
Three printed PLA parts — the letter shell, the name insert, and a weighted back cover. The shell wall is 3 mm, which is what diffuses the light and softens it. Inside is a 5V COB LED strip at 4000K, running up the centre of the letter.
It runs at 5 volts off any USB port, stays cool, and has no battery in it. The back cover is weighted so it doesn't tip. A USB wall adapter isn't included — use one you already trust, and run the cable behind the furniture rather than into the crib.
Looking after it
Wipe it with a dry cloth. No cleaners — they'll dull the sanded finish.
The first ones are going out now
This is a new workshop. When the first pieces arrive and people send back their own photos and words, this is where they go. Nothing here will be borrowed and nothing here will be invented.

How long until it ships?
About a week to make, then 3–5 business days in the post. Each one is printed after you order it — roughly twelve hours across three parts, then assembled by hand the evening it finishes.
How long can the name be?
Up to twelve characters sits comfortably. Longer names still work; they get scaled to fit the letter, and I'll send you a photo before it's finished if it looks tight.
What colours can I choose?
Six at the moment, all Bambu PLA Basic. The name is always Jade White because white is what reads best once the light is behind it. More colours are coming as I test how each one glows.
What's it made of, and is it safe near a crib?
PLA — a plant-based plastic — with a 5V LED strip inside. It runs off USB, stays cool, has no battery, and the back cover is weighted so it stands up to being knocked. A wall adapter isn't included.
What if it's misspelled or arrives damaged?
I remake it. Send me a photo and I'll start the replacement the same day.
Can I return something with a name on it?
Not once it has a name on it — I can't sell it to anyone else. If something's wrong with it, that's a different thing and it's on me.
